  • What Happens If I Need To Contact Someone In An Emergency After Hours?

    We have a courtesy patrol that is on site from 10pm – 5am daily. Additionally, we have resident maintenance and management to address after hours emergency concerns.

  • What Utilities Am I Responsible For?

    The property pays for water, sewage and trash. You are responsible for natural gas, electricity and any television or internet services.

  • What Are The Move-In Costs?

    Studio and 1 bedrooms: $1500 security deposit plus 1st month’s rent.


    Two bedroom: $2000 security deposit plus 1st month’s rent.


    $30 application fee for any resident over the age of 18.

  • How Much Do You Charge For Parking?

    Parking is included in our underground gated parking area. Studio and one bedroom apartments receive 1 space and 2 bedroom apartments receive a tandem (double space). Additional spaces are available for a monthly fee after a waiting period.

  • What Are The Qualification Procedures?

    You will need to be at least 18 years of age with a verifiable income of 2.5 times the monthly rental amount, complete a rental application, and pay a non-refundable credit fee. The management company will accept or deny the application based on information provided to us by the Credit Reporting Agency.

  • How Long Is The Lease?

    Our minimum lease term is for six months.

  • Are Pets Allowed At CentrePointe?

    Up to two cats are allowed with a $300, refundable pet deposit for each animal. Dogs are not permitted.
